Scripture calls the first fruits holy, the portion given before the harvest is even counted, an act of trust that God provides the rest. This naturally processed Ethiopian Sidama, raised bed dried over sixteen days, gives generously from the first sip, vibrant fruit, floral aromatics, and a wine like depth. Every bag is itself a first fruits offering, funding education for a child before you've counted the cost.
